On Friday 18 October we put on our wellies and our red school coats with a hi vis jacket on ready to go on a walk outside school for the first time. We had lots of adult helpers so were able to stay safe and walk with them.
Our journey took us out of school and over the bridge where lots of lorries hooted hello at us as we waved! We then walked along the edge of the fields, spotting lots of natural things like the moon, birds, berries, mushrooms and trees of all different colours. As we were wearing our wellies we took lots of opportunities to puddle jump too! We stopped to wave at the cars and lorries from another bridge before returning to school and looking at our lovely tree at the front.
Thank you to all our helpers and a massive well done to all the Butterflies who were extremely well behaved and polite.
