Science in Class

We have been busy doing Science experiments.

The wolf left us a letter saying he had holes in his trousers! We then tested different materials to see how durable they would be for his patches. We found that cotton was the best and had no holes. We also found that foil didn't create any holes either but decided that they would not be suitable for trousers as they would rip when the wolf bent down.

The children also came up with questions for another experiment. For example: 'What materials could we dye?' 'Which materials would sink or float?' and 'What materials would be good for the little pigs houses?'
